PRIVACY POLICY

With this document, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users who consult the website www.radioleon.it are provided with some information relating to the processing and protection of their personal data.

 

 

DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE

DATA PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY THE USER

The personal data provided by the user in an optional, explicit and voluntary manner are used in order to process any requests made (so, for example, when requesting information or clarifications by calling the numbers indicated on the site or writing to the postal addresses electronics present there).

 

NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

The data collected in this way could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the site.

With regards to cookies, please refer to the specific cookie information prepared also based on the indications provided by the Privacy Authority with provision of 8 May 2014.

 

NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA

With the exception of navigation data, necessary to implement IT and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to proceed with the requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.

 

PROCESSING METHODS 

Data processing is carried out using IT media. The data is stored in electronic archives with the adoption of the minimum security measures required by the legislator. The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and in any case within 48 months.

The data collected from you is stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA") but may be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. Any transfer of personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws. 

 

COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION

The data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties without the express consent of the interested party, without prejudice to any requests from the competent authorities, as established by law.

Radio Leon does not transfer, sell or exchange users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The data forwarded to third parties is only used to provide our services to you. 

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party may assert the following rights at any time by contacting the data controller by sending an email to contact@radioleon.it.

  1. Right of access: The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

  2. Right of portability: Whenever Radio Leon  processes the user's personal data by automated means on the basis of the user's consent, or on the basis of an agreement, the user has the right to obtain a copy of the data transferred to the user or to another person, in a format commonly used, in a structured and electronically readable form. This only includes personal data you submit to us.

  3. Right of rectification: The interested party has the right to request the rectification of personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data. 

  4. Right to erasure: You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Radio Leon at any time.

  5. User's right to object to data processing based on legitimate interests: The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of Radio Leon which therefore will not continue to process personal data unless it is able to demonstrate a legitimate basis for the processing, which overrides your interests and rights, or for legal reasons.

  6. Right of restriction: You have the right to request that Radio Leon restrict the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances: - if you object to Radio Leon's processing based on legitimate interest, Radio Leon will restrict all processing of such data until the legitimate interest is verified; - if the user declares that the personal data is incorrect, Radio Leon must limit all processing of such data until their accuracy is verified. - if the processing is not legitimate  it is possible to oppose the deletion of personal data and instead request a restriction on their use. - if Radio Leon no longer needs the personal data but they are necessary for the user to establish a legal defense.

The data controller is Franco Leonardo.

Franco Leonardo does not transfer, sell or exchange users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The data forwarded to third parties is only used to provide our services to you. 

Data Protection Officer:
Franco Leonardo has appointed a Data Protection Officer to guarantee users the best processing of their data accurately, and according to current regulations. The interested party can contact the Data Protection Officer at contact@radioleon.it  indicating DPO in the subject.

Right to complain to a competent Supervisory Authority: 
If the user believes that Radio Leon is treating their personal data incorrectly, they can communicate this directly, or they can lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

 

Updates to our Privacy Policy:
Updates to this Privacy Policy may be necessary; users will be notified of any material changes to the Privacy Policy.
